Senior Portrait Photography - Denver - Mariah
My sweet little niece, Mariah came to visit me in Denver this week for her first solo trip ever. I cannot express how wonderful it is to be able to combine my two loves, family and photography. Mariah and I have always talked about doing her senior portrait photography in Colorado when I visit in Texas.
The difficult question when she arrived, was where we would shoot. Colorado has so many options and beautiful locations to choose from. We considered the Paint Mines, Aspen, Boulder, and the Sand Dunes. We sifted through photos from all of these location and decided that we would have to do all of them, but start in the mountains.
If you haven't yet driven down Independence Pass starting near Aspen, you absolutely must! I don't think that a drive through the mountains can be beat. Everywhere you look for miles is stunning landscape that is exactly what I think about when I think about Colorado.
We even created a behind the scenes video of the photoshoot to share with family and friends. You can see her sweet spunky nature in some of these scenes. I love this, girl!
I am so happy that she came to Denver and visited me to snag some senior portraits. She has been such a big part of my life, and it means so much to be able to capture this part of hers.
