Lea’s Lakewood Heritage Center Maternity Session
Oh, Lea. She and I originally met when I photographed her acting headshots. Lea is the owner and manager of the acting studio Actasana. She is an absolutely amazing human being and I am so glad that I have had the chance to get to know her through our photoshoots. This particular photoshoot was a maternity session done at the gorgeous Lakewood Heritage Center.
When we arrived it was pouring rain, and we truly believed that we were going to have to reschedule the shoot. Fortunately, the rain stopped at the exactly the moment that we planned to start shooting. We walked out to see a beautiful day, a gorgeous setting and a rainbow!
One of the most exciting things about this maternity session was that Lea planned to use it as an announcement for her pregnancy as well! She had been keeping it all a secret until she could post an image. My kind of girl! I don’t think I could ever keep a secret that big or exciting for that long.
Lea wore a blue green maxi dress that was perfectly complimented by the surrounding colors. We were especially excited to find weeping willows and bridges at Lakewood Heritage Center.
I couldn’t be happier with these images and knowing that such a wonderful person is bringing another little one into the world makes me so happy! Good luck with everything, Lea! Can’t wait to do your acting headshots again.
